I have noticed that as soon as you highlight a section of text in a
Reflection (4.21 and later) window, the scroll lock button is activated,
and this sometimes carries over to some other windows. Also, the caps
lock functions causes strange reverse behaviour in other windows
(especially other Reflections windows).

I'm not sure that it's consistent, so it's quite hard to pin down.
