John,

I have not seen an expiration date on Vesoft software.    The software is tied to the hardware.   So if you restore to a machine with a different Serial number, or you add a CPU to the current machine, it may cause Vesoft software to timeout.

Does MPEx or any other VESoft software have an expiration date?
