Howdy,

I really hate these $100 things. When I've a problem I wanna spend
all one hundred on *that* problem. Or a new resume. Or beer and
catfish. Anyhow, here goes.

   1). $18.33
   2). $45.00
   3). $18.33
   4). $18.33

Now don't even start. I know I've overspent by a bit over .0066 cents.

Just my 5 centavos worth.

Subject: Re: Support issue

So far the discussion has focussed on hardware support. How do you feel
about software support. Specifically the allocation of funds between:

1). Distribution of software updates
2). Response Center support for problems
3). Revenue to support ongoing problem fixes
4). Revenue to support ongoing enhancements

Do you have any preferred allocation? What about the "You have $100 to spend
on software support" type approach. How much would you like to allocate to
each category? How do you feel about the way the dollas are presently
allocated (You know what you get and how much it costs)!

Thanks,
Tony
PS Yes there is a reason for asking the question!
