No, that wouldn't help.  Log event 115 does not record all activity on the 
console.  A purge command from the console would not be logged.  Type 115 
records "console commands" which are those commands that must be entered 
from the console, or granted to other users via the ALLOW command.  Those 
commands are logged even if they did not originate from the console.
