Another thing you can do is to play with the Compatibility tab for the application (Right click on application executable and go to properties). That may get you to run the application in xp mode plus security has been tightened in Windows 7 so it may need elevation rights so you may want to run it as an administrator (same tab). If playing with those settings does not work, your best bet is to run it in WINDOWS XP MODE (setting up virtual XP and publishing the app that way) For the most part the app will look and feel the same once it is published, the main difference is that it will have a blue border around it to let you know it is running in XP MODE.

Subject: [HP3000-L] Meta-View Web by Lund on WIN7
Does anyone still run the Meta-View Web programs by LUND? If so does anyone run it on Windows 7? We dropped support since we didn't feel we'd have anymore upgrades.
Now finding it won't run on WIN7 so if anyone has any suggestions.. It's running Java so I'm not sure if that is really the issue. None of the menu pull downs work and tabs are not click-able either.
