A word about posting to the newsgroups...

Although we are sending and receiving every 15 minutes (to be kicked up to
every hour after we are damned sure that things are flowing right),
*incoming* posts are at the mercy of the net, and the series of NNTP servers
the message hits along the way.

We are on a Tier-1 ISP (Digex), and pick up or feed directly from them, so
it should be a heck of a lot quicker, but again, don't overload the archives
looking for your posts.

As a matter of fact, I'll be checking logs tonight and over the weekend, as
well as the headers from some of the messages.  For the time being, if you'd
like to label your message as having been posted to the newsgroup, place
"(NG)" (without quotes) in the subject line.  This way, I and everyone else
will know where it came from (and will validate that things are working the
way they should).
