How many Programmers does it take to change a lightbulb?

 - None, it's a hardware problem.

How many Microsoft Tech Support people does it take to change a
lightbulb?

 - Nobody knows. They all have identical model lightbulbs that work
perfectly and they haven't been able to reproduce the problem.
