I calculate that's 1hr 45 minutes per report; read the report and
understand it, read the source code to see how it is created, accurately
analyse its functionality, and type it up into the Word template.

Less any time required overall, to get a grasp of the system on which
these reports run, its database layouts, etc.

Daunting....

AAMOI, how much time is being allowed per report for the conversion and
re-implementation of those that do make it across into the Peoplesoft
system?
