The apparent target of that plane was Camp David where a Middle East peace accord was signed in 1978.

It has been confirmed that a passenger locked in the bathroom called
911 on the cell phone and indicated that the plane was hijacked.  A
while later there was an explosion....  Reports from the scene is
there are no survivors... :<
