I am tidying up some artefacts from a previous (1980's) incarnation of our AP
system.  I came across a problem with what appears to be a headless Image
detail record.

> REPORT ALL
> GO

And:

And yet I see this:

Why does this record show up when I path through the details set by
ACCOUNT-NUMBER but not when searched serially or by the TRANS_IDENT path?
