We recently encountered a problem with the REUSE.  It cannot be used with
RDUPS in a primary key.  The program entered a loop when we were reading
then rewriting a record.  This happened in a program that had been running
fine in CM.  No changes were made to the program.  The file was changed to
NM and the program was recompiled in NM.  We had to change the primary key
in the file to DUPS, and it ran fine.
