If you're strictly *adding* then just open sl.pub.sys and the source
USL with segmenter and add away. Do it quite often.
You can't, however, *remove* a segment or entry that is currently loaded
(in use by something). Get rid of the processes that are using the
segment (may involve a :deallocate on a classic) and you can then
delete the old segment and add a new one.
Other fancier things (cleansl, etc) require exclusive access, and in
which case you must copy SL to another file and do a file equation
before cutting the SYSDUMP tape you will update it from.
