Hi Folks,
Once in awhile a writer for one our trade's rags gets it right. There is
an article in the Software Development Times for Sept. 15, 2003 titled
"Enough Features Already" on page 23 by Lisa Morgan that is well worth
reading.
"Betsy Burton, an analyst at Gartner Inc., agreed, saying that the changes
customers want are much more fundamental than vendors are offering.
Customers are looking for robust systems that are scalable, reliable and
available."

Wow, where have I heard of a system that already does this? I know I left
