I hate to be insistive, but the group HP36375.TELESUP is NOT part of FOS,
it only gets installed with the SUBSYS product AutoRestart/iX. So your
instructions above will not work for the majority of the group here.

I have never tried if the '-R' option on START works on systems that do
not have AutoRestart/iX installed, but I would expect that it would simply
be ignored, if AutoRestart is not installed.
