Gas is hitting all time highs in the US. Is petro getting more
expensive in other places? I understand the Chinese the a government
picks up anything above 2.50 to keep the economy moving.

Forget about gas, I want one of these...runs on nothing but water!

Anyone else know about this www.PESWiki.com site? Check out their top 100.
If just one or two of these ideas make it to market it could seriously
change the world we live in.

Personally I think the reason we are all using gas/oil is because "they"
(use whatever term you like) make more money that way and maintain control.
If we had better technology that didn't require us to buy our fuel and be
dependent on them to sell us gas then they would have to figure out another
way to make money and stay in control. I think the technology to solve our
energy needs (and a lot of other issues for that matter) is known, it has
just taken a long time to come out because "they" don't want everyone to be
independent and change the "status quo". It still isn't really out but, it
seems to be coming slowly. Why do we keep hearing about amazing
breakthroughs that would change our world but, then never see them
implemented? I wish our politicians (all parties) had the courage/will to
work for the people instead of themselves. Anyone have any thoughts on this
predicament. I mean you have to admit that any technology which
significantly changes the way we make/deliver/use energy is going to be
opposed by very powerful interests that currently serve those needs.
