We also experienced problems with power patch 3 and 4 not
installing everything. The 'checksum' process that the
Power Patch uses is not working correctly. There is
an available patch to resolve this issue.
 
LNKHXP5A - SR D500 - 231837: Fix problem with Power Patch
           patch qualification.
 
The only problem is you must install this patch separately prior
to installing Power Patch 5.
