Those frustrated with trying to get to the TRANSACT HTML and the TRANSACT PDF may do so by going to www.mind-set.com and

     1) Clicking on HAL;
     2) Going to what's new and clicking on the HP / IBM LOGOs;
     3) Click on LINKS and click on the HP / IBM LOGOSs.

Method (3) should be the preferred method, since the first two are going to go away in a week or two.

Mariann Tymn, the MPE/iX Documentation Manager has received both sets of documents and will probably be working them into the "official" documentation at HP. If this occurs, I will change the links at www.mind-set.com to point to the official documents.

My apologies to those who were frustrated with the changes that were made to my personal site in the past week.

Friday Humor:

     Now just remember that this is just satirical ironic humor and does NOT describe YOUR work place!

A longer explanation on the TRANSACT issue:

      Someone suggested that I use www.idrive.com to put the web pages for TRANSACT on the Internet.

     Indeed, I was able to post all the pages on idrive, and changed all the permissions, but, alas, it now appears the for anyone to read those pages, they have to be members of idrive too. I tried every combination I could think of to access the pages, but the only thing that worked was to put in my userid and password for idrive.

     Unfortunately, I changed all my personal web pages at www.mind-set.com to point to idrive and took the manuals and other information off my site.

     My great apologies to those who tried to access them and were not able.

     The good news is that it works now.
