Almost as quickly as I sent the first message, I found I gave the wrong
URL.  It should be:

www.hicomp.com/ftp/hiback.tar

The file is a tar file which you download to the appropriate system and
untar.  The simplest way is to place it in / and issue the following:  tar
-xvf hiback.tar Hiback  (note the capital H in the directory name).
