Those 4,000 new hires were worldwide? When is India considered
worldwide?
Maybe the added 1 or 2 in Singapore or elsewhere so they could say
"worldwide".

Hi Folks,
Several weeks ago someone posted that HP was intending to lay a
"few"
people off after the election and it looks like its about to happen. I
would hate to be one of those designated to be in the mandatory bottom
category "1" which if I remember correctly means you are about to be
canned. Talk about grading on the curve....
