MPEix networking problem

Greetings to all!

I have a problem on our NSCONTROL running on our HP3000/925.  Two
services are missing:
Outgoing Remote Process Management (RPML), and
Incoming Remote Process Management (RPM).

I discovered this when I view the job listing of JFTPSTRT.  It says
"Unknown services" when it tried to NSCONTROL START=RPM,RPML.

Is there a way to install (or reinstall) these services.

We're on MPEix 5.5.
