We have 3 boxes (2 HP3000 and 1 HP9000) where Response Center and I dial
in for remote support. Last time I dialed in was this morning at 5:30am
and HP dialed in yesterday successfully.

Since the last time I dialed in this morning, no one else seem to be able
to dial in. Modem just simply do not answer. I hook up a phone on the
other end and dial, the phone rings and my colleague is able to answer.
But when I hook up the same end into the internal modem in 969 and dial,
it wouldn't answer. My guess at this point is the modem somehow got reset
from auto-answering. So I tried an external modem hooked up to 918 using
the same analog line, and problem remains the same.

Third modem (an original 2400 baud HP Telesupport) which is hooked up to a
9000, using the same analog line produced same result.

Using a different analog line with the modems produced same results. There
were no configurations changes made to any of these boxes. Any help in
this matter will be greatly appreciated.
