How does one order a manual from HP these days?  Yes I know I can go to
docs.hp.com or use the CDs that came with the release, but I'd prefer to not
be a paper print/three hole punch/bind it jockey.  I just received 7.5
without the system software maintenance manual, and would like to buy one.
