A file called RESLVCNF.NET.SYS exists to provide the IP addresses of DNS
servers either on the same network, or on the internet. You can use
RSLVSAMP.NET.SYS as a template, then save it as RESLVCNF.NET.SYS. It's
rather simple really - the contents of mine are:

Dilbert: print reslvcnf.net.sys
domain csillc.com
nameserver 206.205.242.132
nameserver 204.91.99.128
nameserver 164.109.1.3

If using DNS, one entry is mandatory - two are mandatory for the Internet
(InterNIC requires at least two name servers for a domain), and any more
than that are optional.

Best,
Joe
