We make two on the first of each month. One is kept on site, one is rotated off site and recalled (automatically) every two months. I.e., the one I just made 6/1/02 will come back 8/1/02 to be overwritten and sent back off site. That way my disaster recovery CSLT is off site. The copy I keep on site is saved in case I need to go back.

The question is why wasn't there a current SLT readily available? You
should have one for backup and disaster recovery purposes.
