c|net's NEWS.COM reports on a company called "Geek Cruises"
http://www.geekcruises.com/
which has already run a Perl Whirl (which included luminaries
such as Larry Wall and Randal Schwartz), and has future plans
for Java Jam, XML Excursion, and Linux Lunacy.
I wondered if this would work for HP World, but vendor space
could be a bit tight. ;) And, of course, the number of papers
and tutorials would have to be reduced sharply.
IPROF (or whatever it's called now) may work better, but then
the lab guys would have to be away from the lab.
Ah, well, it was a thought.
