I just renewed support on our 980 (a 950 in an earlier life ... ) and
received no such letter.

We received our support renewal contracts the other day for our 950 and
960.  According to the contract, the 950 goes off of support altogether
in April 99, and certain parts of both systems (oh, unimportant stuff
like the LANIC card) expire in Sept 1998.
This was news to me, I don't recall hearing any notices of end-of-life.
Any comments?  Anyone else in this predicament?
