The Windows tool you need is called DEPENDS.
Might be part of SYSINTERNALs.

 Subject: QCTerm

For some reason, QCTerm has broken.

The initial behavior was that it wouldn't respond after it put up the splash screen.

I tried the standard Uninstall and reinstall. Now it's telling me

QCTerm Error
Component MSWINSCK.OCX or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid.
{339: Qcalc.Form_Load. QCTerm]

I'm running Win 7. I've tried in multiple compatibility modes with no luck.
