Yes, I think it's time to resume collecting the money and preparing the ad.  It
will take time and it would be better to have everything ready to go when
needed, rather than having to scramble to pull things together on short notice.
There are times when you don't want to be caught with your bullet in your shirt
pocket.  :-)
