I am trying to make a connection to a server using NETIPC calls.
I seem to be having trouble getting the options set correctly.
At the moment, the IPCCREATE is failing with an error 8 which seems to
suggest that I have not done the ADDOPT call(s) correctly.  I Think it is
in how you specify the IP and Port.

Can someone provide a specific example that connects to a specified TCPIP
address and Port# ?
