POSIX security is described in the 5.0 Communicator (I think),
Basically, when you create a directory, or a file under an account,
or a file under root, or a file (of anmy name) via any posix API, there
is a mandatory ACD placed on that file. The shell lets you define
the default ACD via umask. The CI does not, so you get the most
restrictive ACD by default.
