Now let us suppose that there are no WMD's to be found in Iraq and that
the current administration and all of the above were wrong.
In this case what we have is a failure of intelligence services, not
just ours but many nation's stated the belief that Iraq had WMD's, which
our leaders relied on to make their decisions. But in the end, even if
there are no WMD's found, I will not fault President Bush for acting on
the intelligence he received from around the world. On the contrary,
only if he had not acted to remove a perceived threat would I consider
him failing in his duty to protect US citizens.
I do consider many Democrats in congress and their cohorts in the news
media as not only having failed to protect US citizens, but also through
their hypocrisy, obstruction and outright lies they have damaged the
security of the US by giving aid and comfort to the enemy.
