Creates an SD (Self Describing) file.
The file has file labels that contain the field definitions of the file.

To do quick mass updates to a database,
I would use QUERY to find and save the data,
pull into Qedit, make my changes, save,
then QUERY again to find, and delete the data,
finally use DISK2DB to load my new data back in.
