Boris,

Whenever you receive a "9?" error code it generally refers to an MPE File
System error.  The "9" indicates this type of error and the 2nd character
is a 1 byte bit representation of the file system error number.  If you
interpret the "d" character and look it up in the ASCII table, a "d" is
equivalent to the decimal number of 100 which in file system error code
terms "Duplicate permanent file name".  This indicates that when the file
is closing you want it to become a permanent file but there already exists
a file with the same name.
