The "Owl" t-shirts and polo shirts are now available for order through:

        hpworld.halibut.com

Orders placed by noon PST on Tuesday, 22 August should be delivered
by Thursday, 7 September (in time for people's trips to HP World 2000 in
Philadelphia).

The two shirt styles available are:

Bright yellow t-shirt with embroidered owl, HP e3000 and Who knew?
on the front and HP e3000 and www.hp.com/go/e3000 silkscreened on
        the back.

Natural cotton colored polo shirt (off white or cream) with dark
green and burgundy trim (very stylish!) with the same embroidery
on the front as the t-shirt, the back side is blank.

Prices are from $20-22 for the t-shirt and $42-45 for the polos, depending
upon size. Check the web site. There's also the usual shipping, and, for
California addresses, sales tax.

Check the web site for sample pictures of the logos, etc.

Please order early. Orders received by noon on the 22nd should arrive
before people leave for HP World.

If you are outside of North America, we may have to make alternate
arrangements. Please contact me directly (via email) at the address at
the end of this message.

We will continue to take orders until demand falls off. Orders placed
after Tuesday will be batched up, the shirts ordered, shipped,
embroidered, and then shipped to the orderee. Note that this process may
take two or three weeks. This is only for those orders placed after the
22nd.

These shirts are part of our grass-roots "C"-level campaign. Directed
both towards the corporate level at HP, and, towards corporate executives
(CEO, CIO, CTO) who might be good candidates for buying an HP e3000 for
their company (or influencing the purchase of one). We'll post more about
this over the weeks leading up to HP World. Help us by participating in
our discussions on 3000-L.

If you support better advertising of the HP e3000, join us by buying and
wearing a polo shirt or t-shirt (especially the opening morning of HP
World), and contributing your marketing observations, opinions, etc. to
our cause.

I hope to see many of you at HP World!
