Francesco,

Specifically addressing your question, "what is an effective way of
prepping it for sale as far as deleting the data in the Image database?"
You can use dbutil to delete the database. You need to :

1). Ascertain the owner of the database (listf database.group.account,-3)

2). Logon as that user and into that specific group. (hello
mgr.account,group)

3). run dbutil.pub.sys,purge

run dbutil.pub.sys,purge

  Database name:ports
Database Selected =>  PORTS.PUB.SYS
Do you want to continue with PURGE database (Y/N) ?Y

4). Verify purge by doing the listf from step 1).

Regards,

Reid E. Baxter

Hello all,

We've decommissioned our 957sx and was wondering what is an effective way
of prepping it for sale as far as deleting the data in the Image database?

I have to admit I am not the admin, the person we had left, so I am sort of
staring at a
big mysterious thing at this point.

I can login to it and that is as far as I get. I'd like to wipe the data
on
it and make it
sale ready.

Any help is greatly appreciated!
