I strongly agree!  All SCSI buses need to be terminated at BOTH ends.
Usually though, one end is always somehow shipped from the factory already
terminated.  Be aware of this when modifying the internal device hardware
setup as well.   This of course, also applies to the HPPB SE-SCSI interface
(p/n: 28655A) which has some removeable resistor packs on the board.
