We've signed up with a spam- and virus-blocking service called
(appropriately enough) Spam Stops Here (http://www.spamstopshere.com). I've
been very happy with it - it's blocked an astounding amount of crap sent
our way. It's made email usable again It costs $19/month for up to 10
users, and goes up from there.
