DBCPLUS - How to see what's in an old change file

In DBCPLUS, if you input:

>BASE <dbname>

the message:

"Old change file exists for <dbname>. Purge and create new file [y/N] ?"

appears if there is already a change-in-progress that was not PERFORMed.
DBCPLUS doesn't seem to have a "REV CHA" command.  Does anyone know how to
review what those pending changes are?
