It really does surprise me that you succumb to such paranoia.

True, there are fundamental Muslims who want all infidels dead but
they are in a considerable minority and they have obviously
managed to create just the effect they set out to achieve, namely to
make you scared.

I believe that the majority of Muslims don't have such bloodthirsty
ambitions.

Unfortunately, you are exposing your insecurity, although you are
not alone among Americans who for so long have thought they were
safe in their castles. The reality has arrived for you and I can
understand the reaction to "hit them first" before they hit you.
However, this is not always the best answer and I think Fred and
Wirt etc are entirely correct in suggesting that there are other ways
to solve the problems. Invading and killing more Muslims merely
creates more Muslims ready to avenge the killing of their relations
and exacerbates the situation. It can't be the the best answer
however gung-ho you might be. Surely you are intelligent enough to
realise that?
