It is avail. on a beta as MPELXG3 along with MPELXG7 (catalog patch) - I
just installed it on a Dev box, ran my first command today just to test and
it did the trick.

Also installed TRACERT which shows up in PRVXL.TELESUP.  This did not
perform as I expected (hung until Ctrl-Y pressed) in just tracing on the
same subnet.  It seemed to hang which is better than a SA.
