If your disk are the same address as the old ones.  .5 and .6 and the system
reports:  > Can't access disk at 56/52.5.0 ....  your primary boot path is
56/52.5  (normally it should be 56/52.60 but that's ok)  I would say you
either have another bad disk at 56/52.5 or your SCSI address jumpers are
wrong.

When you replaced the disk drives, notice how their hardware path changed.

Now check what your PRI boot path is. that's where the CSLT will try to
install things. You will need to change your PRI boot path to the hardware
path of one of the new disks you put in. This will become LDEV 1.
