Suggestion to CSY/HP: Turn the cd-rom extensions product into a product
that allows a httpd server on the 3000 to serve documents from a
cd-rom disc in the cd-rom drive. (Now, if this just happens to mean
that MPE comes to understand a cd-rom format disc as a mountable
volume with an HFS namespace, that is the benefit of progress).
Then, update Laserrom work through a search engine used by the httpd server
and a broswer based document viewer.
Would it hurt to provide the PD httpd server as part of a set of
HP "contributed," but "unsupported" code that comes with FOS (seems
to work for HPUX to have this type of code - although a httpd server
has not become part of it).
