Terry,
What is the group and account security where the UDC files reside? I
assume that, because they're in the SYS account that (R,L,X:any;W,A:AC)
is in effect for the account, but the group security must be correct,
as well. Our system-wide UDC's reside in a group with Read, Lock:ANY.
