You can now get this module from
http://invent3k.external.hp.com/~KEN.HIRSCH/

It also includes the COMMAND intrinsic so you don't have to
system("callci"), but I have never tried it from a job, so I don't know if
it works better there.

When I get my DSL line relocated to my new abode, I'll work on getting this
to CPAN.  I'm also working on various file intrinsics, since occassionally
the POSIX ones don't work so well with MPE files (msg files, cir files,
etc.)
