Help on DTC Problem

I just got a new (remarketed) S927 box with a DTC.
After configuring DTC in NMMGR and putting the serial number, when I try to
bring the system up, I get the following error:

DCC ERROR 15-3  Link error status 04EA02E6  LLIO Path (DCCERR = 19)

When I validated the DTCLINK it was sucessful....  When I check in SYSMGR it
shows NMMGR 100-105 / 110-115....
Yet,  DTC cycles thru 62-65 and I never get an F2...

Please Help!!!!...
