On arrival this morning, I find no reflections connectivity.

Stopped and restarted network, no change. System can ping out to my PC, and I can ping it, but no vt-mgr. Nettool->res->disp shows last item TCP control pool as maxed out at 2048....

Suggestions short of reboot appreciated.....
