This system abort is a new one to me.

SYSTEM ABORT 5100 FROM SUBSYSTEM 208
SYSTEM HALT 7, $13EC

There are references to it when Ian Warner was installing a telnet patch in 1997. This was not during a START NORECOVERY.

	Subsys #208 = Directory Management
	SA #5100 = directory_caught_an_escape

The system was up and no unusual activity was on the console. Since this is the first time, I've seen this I did not take a dump. But I am curious if anyone else has seen this one before.
