We tried to install a beta of Listserv this morning (the one that has
database search and some WWW support) but ended up with a mismatched
license file.  We're now waiting on a support callback and/or the clock
to advance beyond our patience :-)  Raven is up and running and queueing
mail for listserv, we just don't have listserv up at the moment.

By the time you read this, we will either have 1.8c running with a
fixed license file or have restored 1.8b, depending on the headers.
