Hi All :)
Richard basically summed it all up...

    LACK OF EXERCISE/ACTIVITY!!!!!

Face facts... in a land/world where people won't drink orange juice
because it has carbs in it... in the name of trying to lose weight via a
'method/diet program' that doesn't advocate additional exercise/activity we
have lost sight of reality!

You want to eat something 'bad'? Do a little (exercise) exercise...
and enjoy... You want that New York Cheese Cake? Remember, it will cost
you some extra walking/jogging/push ups... and then enjoy it...

We need exercise and sensible diets... and yes... a Big Mac once in a
while is ok... so is a salad! so is walking to the store that is a quarter
mile away on a beautiful 75 degree day!

Art "getting of soapbox now :) " Bahrs

Too much of any food is bad for you, so deciding which one is 'bad' and
which one is 'good' is just down to quantity.

IMO, the obesity explosion, is just down to affluence, a busy lifestyle,
sedimentary jobs and the computer revolution.
