Not quite.  The /30 and /33 had V/R as their final release too.

Somewhere or other up there you asked what APL\3000 and :HELLO had to
do with each other.  Not much, I'm thinking, unless you mean the
:(command) user.account[,group] flavor of :HELLO.  Only the () didn't
look like parentheses in the APL character set.
